Cooks are responsible for preparing meals for a crew of 55-60 people and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the galley as well as overseeing the galley staff and housekeeper.

New Hire Process

  • Apply online

    A human resources Representative will contact you if we decide to move forward.

  • Schedule an Inteview

    If we move forward with your application, a Human Resources representative will schedule a time for you to attend an in-person interview or one of our Applicant Orientations

  • Tentative Offer of Hire

    If the interview goes well, you will be made a tentative offer of employment pending a background check, health check w/drug test and reference check.

  • Go for Testing

    You will be required to go to a health clinic for a pre-employment drug test and basic health check for blood pressure and glucose.

  • New Hire Paperwork

    If you are cleared for duty and your background reference check are good, you will schedule a time with our recruiter to sign your contract and new hire paperwork.

  • Departure

    After signing your contract you will receive your gear and flight information from your recruiter. You are now set to go to the vessel!
